Independent — with proof

• No commercial relationship with Daman Game, Daman Club, or any colour-prediction operator.
• No affiliate or referral codes anywhere on the site.
• No paid placements, no sponsored “reviews”, no ads from betting platforms.
• No interstitials or pop-ups pushing apps.

Sources we use

• Legal: the Public Gambling Act 1867, state gambling laws, the Information Technology Rules, and reported enforcement actions by state police and the Enforcement Directorate.
• Financial: the Reserve Bank of India‘s guidance on unauthorised digital transactions and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs register for company verification.
• Reporting channels: the national cyber-crime helpline 1930 and the official portal at cybercrime.gov.in.
• Mental-health support: KIRAN (1800-599-0019), iCall (TISS), Vandrevala Foundation, and NIMHANS.

What we link to (and never link to)

• We link to official Indian government portals, established news outlets, regulators, recognised mental-health services, and well-sourced reference material (e.g. Wikipedia for general background only).
• We never link to betting apps, “prediction” Telegram channels, “VIP” subscription products, referral funnels, or “recovery agent” services.

Dates and reviews

Each page shows the month it was last reviewed. We re-check time-sensitive facts (helpline numbers, portal URLs, legal status) at least twice a year, and immediately when we learn of a change.
